Summary of Job Description:

The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role will also involve enhancing the user experience on our e-commerce platforms to maximize conversion rates and revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, data entry, and analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:
   • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
   • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
2. E-Commerce Optimization:
   • Optimize customer e-commerce websites for improved user experience, increased traffic, higher conversion rates, and revenue generation.
   • Work closely with the web development team to implement changes and enhancements to the website.
   • Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website performance, track user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization.
   • Analyze customer data and market trends to develop insights that drive marketing and e-commerce strategies.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing and e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
