Job Description

We are hiring a Director 2, HTM, to lead biomedical and imaging services at a top Boston hospital. This is a high-impact role overseeing clinical technology operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency and patient-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical and technical teams.
• Manage capital planning, projects, technology assessments, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee purchasing, vendor contracts, and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships to enhance satisfaction and service delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical device maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of CIHQ, DNV, and TJC compliance standards.
• Proven leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
