Our client, a growing plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking a Director of IT and Technology to lead its technology operations in their Glendale office.
Known for its high-impact work in employment law, class actions, and personal injury, the firm offers an exciting opportunity for a tech leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment.
Will oversee all aspects of the firm’s technical infrastructure and digital operations. You’ll be responsible for managing legal software systems, ensuring cybersecurity and data integrity, leading system upgrades, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements. With a hands-on approach, you’ll provide essential support to attorneys and staff, while supervising a small internal team and coordinating with outside vendors to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT performance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in law firm technology with IT leadership experience, and fluency in systems like Clio, NetDocuments, Relativity or similar platforms.
