Anteris is a science-driven structural heart company that is redefining expectations and advancing the field through cutting-edge solutions focused on restoring native-like physiology versus treating symptoms of structural heart disease. We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team.
The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness will play a key role in strengthening our global leadership and organizational capabilities. This leader will drive initiatives that enhance team cohesion, learning and development, performance and culture, change agility, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, acting as a program leader and trusted consultant to HR and business leadership. The Director will help elevate global team performance during times of rapid growth and change, with a strong focus on developing leadership capabilities across the organization.
