Top heavy civil & marine contractor seeks an experienced and enthusiastic leader ready for that next promotion to join their dynamic team in Florida. Located in Savannah, GA, you will be in charge of creating their new Marine Division. This ideal Leader will have 15 or more years of experience in the marine/heavy civil self-performing construction industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Employee Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary $225K-$250K, DOE
• Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in heavy civil, heavy highway, and/or marine construction
• 5+ years experience in leadership and project management on marine projects
• 4 Year College Degree, Preferably Engineering or Construction Management
• Florida Marine Market knowledge preferred
• Team Player with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• As the Division Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development of the division and the complete execution of various Marine projects.
• You will manage a team of Estimators, Project Managers, Project Engineers and associated field management.
• You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors.
• The Division Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Business Development, Estimating, Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Complete Project Oversight, and Profit & Loss.
