Position Title: Dump Truck Operator (Belly Dump)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM until the job is done (8 to 10 hours/day)

Compensation: $1200 - $1500 per week (DOE - Depending on Experience)

Location: Waco, TX

Job Type: Permanent Placement/Direct Hire

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Operator to work for one of our client companies! The successful candidate will operate a belly dump truck to transport and deliver metal, gravel, and other similar materials to various locations. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient operation to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a belly dump truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport and deliver materials such as metal and gravel to designated sites.
• Ensure the accurate and controlled discharge of materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Monitor and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of CDL driving experience.
• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Medical: Valid medical card.
• Driving Record: Clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Physical: Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience hauling metal, gravel, or similar materials.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.
