This role provides a chance to work with industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies, offering expert counsel on high-stakes legal matters.
Role: Experienced Litigator with 3-5 years of eDiscovery litigation experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preservation strategies
- Brief and argue motions
- Conduct meet and confers
- Collaborate with experts
- Counsel clients on complex legal issues
- Explain technology and legal concepts to non-technical lawyers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry affiliations or labor and employment experience
Locations:
- Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland (Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office)
