Oneday’s mentors are passionate about supporting a new generation of founders and able to think in uniquely tactical ways to help early-stage ideas grow. How does it work? Oneday brings together a directive brand of mentorship, high-quality video content, and a vibrant community to provide founders with the support they need to launch a business. The programme is a fully accredited MBA but remains fiercely practical and business outcome-focused. Our ideal candidates have: In-depth tactical knowledge about how to identify and validate promising business ideas Founded highly successful ventures, ideally, with experience of raising investment Committed to lean startup principles Hands on experience in product development and growth Outstanding people skills, to provide founders with the emotional encouragement they need to persevere Previous mentoring experience The commitment 4-20 hours per week comprising: 121 sessions with founders who start businesses similar to your area of expertise Feedback and grading practical assignments Dedicated time to understand the curriculum and prepare for each session Why work with Oneday?
