Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engage our audience for our two Salem, NH locations
• Work with team members to create relevant content and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
• Develop and manage a monthly content schedule to ensure consistent distribution
• Create, edit, and post content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner; escalate any customer concerns to the appropriate manager
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions that enhance our strategies
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications

• Interest or passion for social media
• Must be creative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Full-time position with a flexible work schedule on-site with the ability to occasionally work from home
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for high-quality content production
