Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is looking for a dynamic Junior New Patient Coordinator to be the first friendly voice welcoming new patients and fuel our growth. This marketing-oriented position will allow you to strengthen your dental experience while using your talents to tackle lead conversion and patient acquisition challenges. You'll Offer:

• Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice
• Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care
• Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
• Efficient appointment scheduling while building strong patient rapport
• Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
• Accurately prioritizing task while working in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to collaborate with the team for a seamless new patient experiences
• Willingness to become proficient with computers and an openness to learning new software
  
• Warm, friendly demeanor to make new patients feel at home
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
