About the Role
Our Client is a fast-growing residential construction startup looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager – Residential Construction . This role is perfect for someone early in their early career who’s ready to skip corporate red tape and take on real responsibility.
You'll manage 10–12 construction projects at a time (20 units every 6 months), using technology to streamline workflows and deliver high-volume results. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want the freedom to run your own projects, this role is built for you.
What You’ll DoRun residential construction projects from start to finish—permits to final approvals.
Keep each unit on schedule (6-month target) and within budget.
Coordinate with cities for Use & Occupancy approvals (triggers bonus payout).
Lead subcontractors, vendors, and site teams with minimal supervision.
Track project budgets and handle any overruns before they become issues.
Use Buildertrend, Slack, and email to manage communications and documentation.
Report progress and key updates directly to leadership.
Earn bonuses tied to on-time, on-budget project completion.
Base Salary: $50,000 per year
Bonus: $5,000 per unit completed, with tiered adjustments for budget and timeline performance with a target of 20 units every 6 months. Bonus target is 200k+ in 12 month

Recent graduates with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Internship or hands-on experience in trades like roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
Competitive, self-motivated, and hate to lose.
Organized, tech-savvy, and great at managing multiple projects.
Not afraid to be coached, but confident working independently.
Strong communication skills and the drive to "keep the main thing the main thing."
