We’re Hiring: English and French-Speaking Sales Representatives

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in both English and French providing exceptional service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in sales (B2B/B2C experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage time and sales independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
