THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Environmental Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and construction professionals to bring bold ideas to life, transforming brands into spaces that inspire, function, and endure. 

 

This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, wants to see their designs move quickly from concept to construction, and enjoys working in a specialized sector where design truly meets brand identity. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in environmental graphic design or related field, with 5+ years of experience in retail, corporate, or commercial. Experience in the design of the banking or financial industry is a plus. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD Tools, and SketchUp. 
  • Portfolio: Strong body of work showcasing design range and technical skill. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of vinyl, wallcovering, acrylic, sampling and production file processes. 
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong creative vision and practical problem-solving skills. 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary: $75,000- $90,000/year plus bonuses and incentive programs.
