Your Role

• Leverage your expertise in roofing materials, labor costs, and market trends to create precise and detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to fully understand the scope, materials, and labor needs for each commercial roofing project.
• Partner with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing for materials and services, guaranteeing a seamless process from estimate to execution.

Key Requirements:

• You will need to have at least 3 years commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
• The ability to produce estimates for re-roofs and from plans and specifications
• Experience using the Edge estimating software is essential
