SalesBizLab We are is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Event Specialist to help plan and execute corporate and promotional events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing event setup, and ensuring seamless execution. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Oversee event setup, registration, and on-site logistics.
• Support marketing efforts related to event promotions and audience engagement.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
• Collect feedback and analyze event success for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
