About the Role
Event Staff assist with the preparation, execution, and breakdown of company events. They ensure that guests have a positive experience by providing professional and efficient support before, during, and after each event.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and guide guests, attendees, and vendors.
Support event coordinators with on-site tasks.
Maintain clean and organized event areas.
Address guest questions and needs promptly.
Ensure smooth event flow and assist with post-event cleanup.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, organized, and service-oriented.
Comfortable with physical tasks such as setting up equipment or materials.
