The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and coordination. You will assist with all aspects of event preparation, from concept to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rental. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are arranged efficiently. Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses. Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site. Handle attendee registration, RSVP lists, and other event-related tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees during events. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful event execution. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
