Job Description

LHH is currently partnering with a non profit organization located in Washington, DC to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 executives. This is a temporary position, expected to start as soon as possible, with a duration through March 2026 with the potential to extend. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Executive Assistant
  • Location: Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a C-suite executive, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and liaise with key stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in nonprofit environments is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
