Our client, a dynamic government relations firm, is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant to join their team in Washington, DC! If you are highly professional and have strong executive support experience, apply now!

About the Job:

• Manage ever-changing calendars (schedule meetings, calls, events, and other activities),
• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and meeting logistics/material preparation.
• Handle all expense reporting and monitor client invoices.
• Track and maintain client records, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Administrative Assistant(s).
• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for special projects.

About You:

• 4+ years of high-level executive support experience required; Capitol Hill or government relations industry experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience utilizing discretion with and handle sensitive or confidential information.

About the Position:

• $85K-$100K (DOE) with annual discretionary bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits package with generous time-off policy!
• 5x/week on-site in the Washington, DC office!
