As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing all aspects of a dynamic and synergistic Italian culinary program - including managing back of house staffing and maintaining an innovative and unique menu program.

Our ideal candidate will have
-At least 5 years previous experience with a proven track record working in high end/high volume kitchens.
-Extensive experience with Italian cooking techniques and cuisine is a MUST
-A constructive and effective leadership style with the ability to collaborate well with other like-minded industry professionals.
-The desire and capability to implement effective training and product management systems.
-Experience and proficiency with the financial and technological software and systems of today's restaurant industry.
-A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
-ServSafe (or equivalent certification)
-Personal accountability and the ambition to learn and grow with the company.
