Experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative
Location: Rhinebeck, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $23 - $28 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced HVAC counter sales professional to join our busy team in Rhinebeck, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, heating, or HVAC parts, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage retail tasks efficiently.

HVAC Counter Sales Representative Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing, heating, or HVAC parts and supplies.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn inventory and sales software.

HVAC Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate HVAC parts and supplies.
• Retrieve items from inventory and process transactions using our computer system.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain a balanced register.
• Manage product orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Perform general retail duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
