Compensation and Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You’ll also earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Expository Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
