We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a Santa Fe-based integrative health practice.

• Conduct physical exams and assessments for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions across various specialties.
• Order diagnostic tests, administer medications, and utilize telehealth for expanded access.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care.
• Implement integrative and functional medicine modalities, including supplements and homeopathy.
• Provide patient education on nutrition, medication management, and health coaching.
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage triage in urgent care or emergency settings and ensure infection control standards.
• Qualifications include licensure, experience in integrative family medicine, proficiency with coding, and strong assessment skills.
