No prior experience is necessarywe provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in helping families plan their dream getaways.

Key Responsibilities:

Family Vacation Planning: Assist clients in organizing customized family vacations, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and family-friendly activities.
Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer support to families via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a stress-free planning process.
Research: Stay informed about family-friendly destinations, travel packages, and kid-friendly activities to recommend the best options.
Itinerary Management: Design and manage detailed itineraries tailored to each familys preferences, needs, and budget.
Problem Solving: Resolve any issues that arise during the vacation planning or travel experience, ensuring families have a smooth and enjoyable trip.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a citizen of the USA, Mexico, or Australia.
Passion for travel and helping families create special memories.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and apps.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
