Job Description The primary function of this position is to support the various aspects of the Operations FP&A department as it relates to Capital Reporting. Develop reporting packages for Project Managers and Executive team.
Responsibilities Essential Functions - Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) Function:
- Maintain rolling CapEx tracker
- Assist project managers with approval of CEA in MasterControl
- Enter and maintain budget for approved CEAs in D365
- Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) Reporting:
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Business & FP&A owners
- Compile FY26 Capital budget from various functions
- Maintain Cash Forecast for CEA projects
- Review of CIP (Construction in Progress)
- CEA Variance analysis
Qualifications Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Advanced preferred.
- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
- Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor.
Experience Not required, but prior Internship is a plus.
Education - Current university student, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, entering their Junior or Senior year.
- Completed course work in Accounting.
