Financial Operations Associate – Columbus, OH

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in finance and operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support internal business teams with daily operational and client service tasks
• Process account updates, transactions, and reconciliations with high accuracy
• Collaborate with departments such as compliance, technology, and risk management
• Research and resolve data or transaction discrepancies
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
• Internship or experience in financial services or operations a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Details

Location: Hybrid – Columbus, OH

Pay: $21 to 22.00/hr (W2)

Schedule: Full-time, 6–12 month contract (potential to extend)
