Job Description

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This role requires a strong focus on sales growth, client relationship management, and strategic outreach. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for driving revenue, expanding the company’s market presence, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Organize and attend industry networking events, meetings, and conferences to expand business reach.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts through outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management or business development role.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in relationship-building and strategic sales planning.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $60,000-$70,000 , with additional performance-based bonuses.
  • Eligibility for direct sales commissions and revenue incentives.
  • Health insurance with 60% of the premium covered by the company.
