Job Description

Position Title: Forklift Operator

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 5:00am - 2:30pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm

Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate sit-down lift trucks to transport, stack, and organize products within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and handle put-away and picking tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate and timely product movement
- Assist with inventory control by following established policies and procedures
- Identify and report any damage, inventory shortages, or safety concerns
- Follow all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Ensure product integrity during handling and transportation
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance and quality goals
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Previous forklift or lift truck operation experience required; certification preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture
