JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Data Entry Assistant to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. In this role, you will work closely with the Merchandising Team to support product setup through various internal systems. Your responsibilities will include entering new designer and brand name clothing, shoes, and more into our catalog and e-commerce platforms. Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, there may be opportunities to create content for our social channels and even model some clothes.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be detail oriented.
Accurately create and maintain product details, including pricing, colors, sizes, and other attributes.
Proficient knowledge of fashion, clothing styles, and the ability to differentiate between men's, women's, and kids' clothing.
Typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
Sewing and seamstress skills are a plus (not required).
WORK ENVIRONMENT Use technology such as a computer, smartphone or handheld device to sort, scan, and shelve items.
Use hand trucks and rolling carts to move items around.
Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts.
Noise level varies.
Very fast paced environment.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY Creative, positive, high energy, fun and easy going!
Positive work attitude and leadership skills.
Excellent job performance in productivity, quality, and safety.
Be committed and dependable.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to read and take direction in English.
Must provide proof of right to work in the US.
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Must be able to sit and stand for longer periods of time.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
