Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Functional Odoo Consultant who will be responsible for assisting businesses in implementing the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in understanding clients' needs, configuring the Odoo system to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other departments to understand client's business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify how Odoo can address specific business challenges.
Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients' business processes and requirements.
Develop and implement modules, workflows, and custom applications as needed.
Assist in data migration from existing systems to Odoo.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Create training materials and documentation.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and databases to streamline data flow and improve business operations.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify system issues or errors.
Ensure the system performs as expected and meets client requirements.
Address system-related issues, implement updates, and assist with system enhancements.
Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
Create user manuals and system documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system.
Strong knowledge of Odoo's functional modules (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).
Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
