Overview Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an accomplished Luxury General Manager to lead the pre-opening and transformative renovation of the iconic Hotel Elysee in New York City. This is a rare opportunity for a proven luxury leader to shape the re-emergence of a landmark hotel, blending operational excellence with world-class guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring vision, discipline, and cultural fluency to restore the property to its place among the world e2 80 99s great hotels. What You e2 80 99ll Do Lead all aspects of pre-opening and renovation , including budgets, timelines, OS&E/FF&E, and stakeholder alignment. Establish a Forbes five-star service culture with bespoke guest experiences that reflect the soul of New York City. Partner with sales, revenue, and marketing to drive financial performance (P&L, NOI, EBITDA). Recruit, inspire, and mentor a world-class team of hospitality professionals. Serve as the hotel e2 80 99s ambassador to the community, tastemakers, and cultural leaders. What We e2 80 99re Looking For 10+ years in senior luxury hotel leadership , including GM experience in a flagship or tier-one urban property. Expertise in pre-opening and/or major renovations . Mastery of Forbes/LQA standards and reputation for anticipatory, guest-centric service. Strong financial acumen with proven NOI and TRevPAR results. Deep knowledge of the New York City market, compliance, and labor environment. Charismatic leadership presence and ability to inspire teams and engage ownership.
