Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 1-2 days in office or when necessary)

Multiple Inc. seeks a talented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This position requires a multidisciplinary approach with experience in brand development, print, digital, physical design, project management, and strategic thinking across diverse and evolving market sectors.

As a graphic designer focusing on production, you will be integral to the success of our design and development teams. You’ll produce high-quality design assets and contribute to various brand and UI/UX projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions from concept to launch
• Design and produce print, digital, and environmental assets that reflect brand strategy and business goals
• Support UI/UX initiatives with thoughtful, user-centered design solutions
• Prepare final files for production, including print-ready and pre-press deliverables
• Manage project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of consensus and collaboration
• Edit images, create branded graphics, and support project submissions and documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or other digital prototyping tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
