About the Role
The Head of FP&A will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s comprehensive budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will oversee the creation and maintenance of dynamic financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support executive decision-making. In partnership with senior leadership and functional business partners, you will deliver insightful variance reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs) and business-unit dashboards, and guide financial discussions across the organization. You will also drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools, enhancing data integrity, efficiency and the finance team’s ability to add value. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (a master’s degree, CPA or CFA is strongly preferred) and bring substantial senior-level FP&A or financial leadership experience (typically 8+ years) in a corporate or fast-growth environment. You must possess advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools, along with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insight. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing cross-functional partnerships and delivering meaningful financial insight to senior executives.
