As our new Full Time Health & Wellness Director at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, you'll be at the forefront of promoting the health and well-being of our residents. On a daily basis, you'll assess the wellness needs of our community, develop comprehensive wellness programs, and collaborate with care teams to ensure the highest standards of health services. You will lead engaging workshops, conduct health screenings, and coordinate fitness activities, fostering an active lifestyle among residents.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary improvements to ensure excellence in care. Every day will see you working closely with families, addressing concerns with empathy, and ensuring a customer-centric focus in all interactions. • To thrive as the Health & Wellness Director at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, you'll need a blend of professional qualifications and essential skills.
• A graduate of an accredited nursing school, you must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Florida.
• Your communication skills must be top-notch, enabling you to engage effectively with residents, families, and external contacts.
• With a minimum of two years of experience in geriatric nursing and nursing administration, you'll be prepared to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
