We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to residential properties to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Perform home repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Assess and troubleshoot issues, providing cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Document and report on completed work, materials used, and any follow-up needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home repair, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Requirements

• Must have your own set of tools suitable for various home repair tasks.
• Must own a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites (mileage reimbursement may be offered).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, tight spaces, etc.).
