About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented House Cleaner to provide non-medical, household support to older adults who need assistance maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform light housekeeping duties, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting and general tidying
- Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen surfaces
- Laundry and linen changes
- Organize household items and assist with decluttering
- Prepare simple meals or assist with light meal prep
- Provide friendly companionship and conversation
- Monitor for general safety concerns within the home environment
Qualifications: - Previous experience in home care, housekeeping, or a similar support role preferred
- Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting light items, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (if errands are required)
Schedule & Hours: - Part-time position
- 4-hour shifts , with flexible scheduling options
- Weekday and weekend availability a plus

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
