Job Description:
TRC Talent is seeking a candidate for a full-time role with a global automotive EV manufacturer in Savannah GA.
Assist in planning and conducting the annual performance appraisal exercise to include helping managers learn to navigate the SAP Success Factors Performance Management system, as well as encouraging and helping guide management throughout the performance year on the importance of establishing a regular cadence of both formal and informal feedback with their Meta Pros.
Gather employee data for evaluation of current performance management (PM) (and other topics as needed) for continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify desired situation for performance and development based on business need and future growth.
Recommend PM programs, activities, needs and initiatives or improvements.
Consult with and assist Team Members and management on current HR systems.
Assist with plant-wide PM projects as required.
Assist with employment investigations as needed.
Assist with aspects of employment termination process as needed.
Generate reports on assigned topics, corrective actions, as well as investigation results.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences
Required:
Minimum 3 years of related job experience
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal, communicate-on, active-listening, and customer-care-oriented skills
Preferred:
3+ years of HR consulting experience
Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major
Advanced degree in a related field
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge, experience and demonstrated proficiency.
Travel Requirement
Domestic / International travel required.
Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
