Job Description

Job Summary:  This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

 · Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment  

· Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems  

· Installation of duct work and A/C equipment  

· Installation of Refrigeration equipment  

Skills and Qualifications:  

 · Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration  

·5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment  

·5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment  

· Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License  

· Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.   

· Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays  

· Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment  

· Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations  

Qualifier:

· Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances

· Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure

· Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure

Other Functions:  All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
