Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to lead and support the implementation of MAS 9 within a modern cloud environment built on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing MAS 9 in conjunction with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift technologies. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and strategic insight to ensure the implementation is efficient, secure, and scalable. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of the MAS 9 implementation from planning to post-deployment optimization. Define technical requirements, architecture, and deployment strategies that align with best practices for Azure-hosted environments. Ensure the integration of MAS 9 with Red Hat and OpenShift platforms for efficient, containerized application management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions that enhance reliability and scalability. Monitor and fine-tune performance throughout the implementation to achieve optimal system efficiency. Configure, test, and deploy MAS 9 components within Azure cloud infrastructure. Utilize Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift for orchestration, security, and workload management. Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual intervention. Apply deep understanding of cloud networking, security configurations, and compliance standards to maintain a resilient environment. Develop and document best practices for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and scalability. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and technical teams, guiding decisions on architecture and infrastructure. Coordinate with IT leadership to align project goals with organizational strategy and technology roadmap. Provide clear progress updates, risk assessments, and implementation recommendations to decision-makers. Support knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and long-term operational success. Qualifications Proven experience leading or supporting MAS 9 deployments or similar enterprise-level implementations. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure design, networking, and identity management. Strong working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift environments. Proficiency in containerization, orchestration, and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. Experience in scripting or configuration management for cloud-based systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Experience Background in cloud migrations, hybrid cloud integrations, or modernization of enterprise systems. Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous delivery models. Experience in large-scale system implementations within regulated or mission-critical environments.
