First Call Staffing is looking for machine operators for 16.50 to 18.50 an hour. This would be 12 hr. rotating shift 645-715. First and third shifts available. Please go to to apply online.

Position Summary:

Performs fast paced work in mixing, molding and injection molding operations and routine recordkeeping duties under the general direction of the Supervisor or Group Leader, coupled with following/achieving manufacturing, safety, quality, and performance standards, while exceeding our customer’s expectations in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

1. Knows and understands all safety requirements for the department.
2. Person needs to be detail oriented for all work being completed.
3. Ability to follow a daily production schedule under direction of supervisor.
4. Able to perform job duties as needed within different work cells to meet the needs of daily production.
5. Learn and run any necessary equipment to perform the task at hand.
6. Identify the correct components that need to be pulled for manufacturing processes.
7. Ability to perform all quality checks and detect any defects before moving products to next operator.
8. Label all products being shipped out of the facility according to production orders.
9. Completing tasks given within standard labor time.
10. Clean area as needed during the work schedule and at the end of shift.
11. Properly shut down equipment after all work has been completed and/or at the end of the shift.
12. Follows and complies with written and verbal instructions.
13. Uses various manual and powered material handling equipment as needed.
14. Uses test and measuring equipment.
15. May work with chemicals that are subject to special handling requirements. Hazardous & non-hazardous, both liquid and solid forms.
16. Performs accurate record keeping functions.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will require:

1. Working overtime.
2. Weekend work- Holidays as needed.
3. Working rotating shifts.

• Manually able to lift up to 50 pounds and 15 pounds above the shoulder.
• Performs bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, squatting throughout shift.

Basic Qualifications: MUST HAVE

1. Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
2. Minimum 6 months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
