Position Overview: Inside Sales As an Inside Sales Professional at Fenix Parts, you will generate revenue by selling recycled OEM automotive parts to both wholesale and retail customers with mainly b2b focus. This role combines inbound sales, prospecting, and cold calling, ensuring the creation of new business and the nurturing of existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Utilize a strong inbound/outbound sales mentality to succeed in a hunter-like sales environment while also being able to take care of high-volume inbound sales calls and working thru company provided target lists.
Customer Relations: Develop relationships with new customers to supply them with necessary parts to keep their inventory stocked and automotive businesses operational.
Order Management: Process and review orders to ensure accuracy in handling, pricing, and shipping.
Collaboration: Work with necessary departments to guarantee timely and correct delivery of parts to customers.
Current Earnings Specs:
Initial Guarantee Period: Our inside sales reps start with a guaranteed pay rate BOE that will slowly transition into a 100% commissioned sales structure.
Commission-Based Role: Fully commissioned position with comprehensive training to help you increase your sales. Our sales representatives typically earn anywhere from $59,000 to $177,000 annually, with our teams total average being $99,372 yearly.

Requirements
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of business focused experience which includes 1+ years of commissioned sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Self-motivated with a hunter/grinder mentality, strong business development, and sales aptitude, including closing and prospecting techniques.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills. Automotive parts knowledge being a big plus but not required.
Language: Bilingual is a big plus, but not required.
