Job Description
Purpose: This position will be responsible for follow-up, driving sales close rates, qualifying data, and process improvement. Candidate must be a self-start leader with excellent sales and organizational skills. Position will serve as lead role in coordinating with customers, Operations & Special Projects, and related stores.
Key responsibilities will be achieving sales objectives & developing operational procedures for Inside Sales Program.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements: - At least three years of inside sales experience; preferred B2C value-added selling experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Proven problem-solving and operational building skills; must be detail oriented and organized.
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Preferred Requirements: - At least three years of SalesForce experience as a sales platform
- At least three years with cloud contact platform experience
- Knowledge of flooring
Essential Job Functions: - Responsible for all aspects of contacting, follow-up, and closing of sales with customer
- Qualify and develop leads; manage & overcome objections
- Adjust sales presentation to achieve campaign goals
- Accurately track all data in CRM system and identify data trends
- Execute strategy for operational success
- Validate needed items, answer questions and present to customers
- Communicates with management & operations teams to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ability to communicate professionally to customers, associates, and corporate office
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Working Conditions (travel & environment)
- Limited travel required travel required (including air and car travel)
- Noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate
Physical/Sensory Requirements
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time."
