Responsibilities What You'll Do:
- Engage Potential Customers: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to discuss their insurance needs.
- Gather Key Information: Collect relevant details to generate accurate insurance quotes.
- Data Entry: Input customer information into our quoting system with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales: Pass qualified leads to our sales team for follow-up and closing.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Represent James Harrison Agency with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and building rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate quoting software (training provided).
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
