The role
We are looking for a professional with strong observation skills who can handle a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have a combination of experience and education in international logistics, strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, barrel knowledge, and wine cellar experience. The International & Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for entering data into our company's proprietary ERP, working with APHIS systems, customer service, scheduling USDA inspection, coordinating warehouse crew, inbounding data entry, and keeping inventory. Responsibilities
•  International logistics
•  Filing international documents
•  Knowledge of new shipping laws and regulations
•  USDA APHIS systems
•  Monitor and manage shipments until completion
•  Finding cost effective shipping methods
•  Working with overseas partners, clients, and brokers
•  Data entry in both ERP and Microsoft systems
•  Working with warehouse team.
•  Inventory data corrections and updating
•  Working close with Service & Facilities Manager

Qualifications
•  At least three years’ experience performing international shipments
•  Strong analytical and customer service skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft systems
•  Proficiency in the APHIS system
•  Ability to adapt to proprietary ERP
•  Understanding of international / domestic shipping laws
•  Knowledge of Spirit & Wine barrels
•  Knowledge of wine making / cellar work
•  Inventory control
•  Valid Driver License
•  Forklift certification

•  Team player: able to communicate effectively and work in collaboration with all departments
•  Very well organized and highly motivated

•  Office space is located adjacent to barrel warehouse space. Muted forklift noises and barrel loading and unloading can be heard from office space.
•  The position is full-time and is based in Sonoma, California.
