Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations for project cargo shipments across air, ocean, and domestic freight modes.
• Plan, quote, and coordinate specialized transport for oversized, hazardous, and sensitive aircraft parts.
• Select and manage freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs for multimodal transport.
• Prepare and oversee shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively manage delays, and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal sales, trade compliance, warehouse, and repair coordination teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and generate logistics performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in cargo handling, route optimization, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, or transportation management, including projects involving specialized equipment (i.e. flat rack, HC, engine stands)
• Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and ground transportation practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), HS classification and documentation.
• Experience managing hazmat and oversized shipments in compliance with IATA, IMDG, and DOT regulations.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
