Job Description
We have a great opportunity for the right person! Must have High School Diploma or GED, experience in travel booking and/or event planning is very helpful. Must submit resume and if chosen for this hybrid role, you must have your own computer and equipment. Duties include; •Scheduling simple, direct international travel reservations for Southwire Company employees •Verifying all required travel document(s) have been completed •SuccessFactors Administrator- adding or confirming travel courses for travelers and ensuring all travel courses are completed as assigned •Research Travel Requirements/Restrictions and send Travel Checklist for each trip •Update the Travel Excel Spreadsheet once trips are completed
