Job Description
We are looking to hire motivated individuals to complete a Irrigation system installation and maintenance crew. This is a seasonal position that will start March 1st, 2025, weather depending, and last until November 2025 and recur each year. The ideal applicant would learn the systems and installation methods quickly and would return each season with an appropriate pay increase. Incentives such as end of season bonuses, job-attached unemployment, and leads on temporary work can be offered to assist with the off season.
Responsibilities include cutting and joining pipe, installing and adjusting sprinklers, assembling manifolds and controllers, digging and backfill/cleanup, and more. Responsibilities or more experienced applicants would include operating and transporting equipment, troubleshooting and completing service calls, and crew management.
Requirements:
- Drivers License (clean driving record required for driving company vehicles).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with basic landscaping and hand tools.
- No smoking / vaping.
