We offer additional services such as Construction Clean-up Labor, Fire & Water Damage Restoration, Stone Floor Rehoming and Re-Construction Services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Janitorial Site Manager located in Center City Philadelphia, PA. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations with a Unionized staff, maintaining a successful relationship with Property Management and Tenants, training, coaching and disciplining staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This person should have the ability to perform regular custodial audits and use data to improve performance and customer satisfaction, understand site budgeted hours including supplies, and have strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise a staff of commercial cleaners during the night shift
• Report directly to the Site Manager and work well with the night Foreperson
• Occasionally act as the liason between Property Management and tenants as directed.
• Promote a clean, harmonious, safe and efficient work environment
• Report any damage to property or equipment and any safety hazards you may discover inside and outside of building

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in contract cleaning environment
• Experience overseeing Union employees
• Focus on quality control to include completing formal inspections, identifying, and coordinating the correction of cleaning issues
• Skilled communicator
• Able to direct, coach, correct and train staff
• Basic understanding of carpet and tile maintenance
• Ability to multi-task
• Experienced and comfortable engaging with Property Management, Tenants, and Security

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $56,0000 per year.
