Junior Business Management Trainee are Responsible for:

• Engage directly with prospective customers in a face-to-face setting, building rapport and fostering trust as you introduce them to our products and services
• After training is complete – Gain a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products and services we offer
• Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and honesty, prioritizing transparency in all customer interactions
• Focus on delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression on every customer

 

We are looking for individuals with the following characteristics:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, or any related field
• A strong work ethic
• An optimistic attitude
• A Strong student mentality
• A genuine customer service attitude – a want to help people
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

We will be training candidates for full-time management positions in sales, human resources, team lead, and the executive office.

This is an entry-level position. All college graduates are encouraged to apply; however, the following majors, degrees, and experiences are the best matches: business administration, management, entrepreneurship, communications, advertising, public relations, political science, psychology, military, sports management, and any collegiate athletic experience.
