What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures that guests love
Lead daily huddles and motivate your team to achieve salon goals
Coordinate activities to maintain productivity during downtime
Mentor new hires and provide training on services, products, and standards
Represent Frenchies at beauty schools and community events
Collaborate with the owner and studio manager to drive team performance and operational excellence
Promote cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards that go beyond state requirements
You’re a Perfect Fit If You: Are a licensed Manicurist or Cosmetologist
Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional presence
Are available to work at least 35 hours per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
Have a passion for teamwork, education, and delivering a consistently amazing guest experience
